Alex receives all key details of new projects for order planning. He keeps an overview of ongoing projects and the workload of our production, and he handles the administrative management of the projects.
Rita takes over the project for print data preparation. With the help of color management, printing specifications, and expertise, she ensures consistent quality and compatibility of the data.
Once the project is completed, it goes to Franz. He keeps track of the client’s current price lists, the completed steps of the project, and the working hours required. Using this data, Franz handles our billing process.
Tina is responsible for our online portal, Global. It is accessible 24/7 for us and our clients. Global serves as a platform for viewing, checking, approving, and storing print data. Tina also takes care of regular security checks, updates, and any questions related to Global.
